DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Each project starts with a vision in the minds of our clients. We take that vision and establish a plan and then a team to bring it to life. With our experience in sustainable and efficient design management, we bring a perspective to this that works from envisioning the project completed and being maintained throughout its life cycle.
PRECONSTRUCTION
This critical project stage, prior to scope/bid preparation is given the utmost attention and care. We analyze the “build-ability” of the project, taking into account; types of materials, methods of construction and the needed skills of the team to execute. All of it culminating with the ability to make important decisions at this early phase that best serve the needs and success of the overall project.
CONSTRUCTION
The actual movement and transformation is what most people see in the physical evolution of a construction project. We handle every aspect of the “behind the scenes”, crucial components of the project through our highly capable and accountable leadership team. We don’t just shuffle paperwork between the designers, construction team and owner, we actively engage in problem solving and decision making as an extension of our client. We will always present you with a viable solution to every challenge.
POSTCONSTRUCTION
Once construction is finished, our efforts don’t stop there. We continue to shepherd the project by collaborating with regulatory agencies for final approvals and critical maintenance and operations personnel who are just beginning to take over. As we hand over the keys, you can be certain that your project is truly complete, and your people are poised to successfully maintain and operate your new facility for decades to come.

“J.E. Moore Company proudly finds its name, inspiration, and foundational compass, from John E. Moore, my beloved grandfather. I was fortunate enough to have spent a good deal of my late childhood under his sage guidance and mentorship, and have fond memories of going along with him as he made his routes around our neighborhood reading and recording the city water meters with careful, precise, notations.
He would tell stories of his time as a career military man and how under his command the multitude of design and construction projects he and his men had worked on building, including; barracks, medical facilities, airstrips, and substantial support facilities around the globe. It is this fine man and beacon of undaunted work ethic, honesty, and integrity, that inspired me to name our company after him. And as we approach our fourteenth anniversary we look to carry on his legacy and philosophy for many years to come.”
