SDCCD – Mathematics and Social Sciences Building
This project comprises land acquisition and construction of a 66,000-square-footgeneral-purpose classroom building. The facility houses a Corporate Education Center, five floors of academic classrooms and laboratories for Mathematics, Social and Behavioral Sciences, History and Political Sciences, Anthropology, Black and Chicano Studies, Lease space for the Family Health Center of San Diego, a Food Services C-Store and Espresso bar, a satellite bookstore space, a Dean’s suite and offices for the District’s Military Education program. The building also includes a seven-story, 400 stall parking structure, located adjacent to the building, was constructed concurrently with the classroom building. The project obtained LEED Silver certification.

SDCCD – Business Technology Building
The new Business Technology building will consist of approximately 40,000 square feet of new construction for the Business Department including space for Business Studies, the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) program, Business and Computer Systems, common areas, and associated support space for faculty and staff. The project will include seven computer labs, classrooms, a lecture hall, and areas for start-up businesses for students in the Business Education program. The project is on track to obtain LEED Silver certification.

SDCCD – Arts & Humanities Building
The new Arts & Humanities building will consist of approximately 70,000 square feet of new construction for the Arts and Humanities department including space for Visual and Fine Arts, English, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Speech and Foreign Language, Honors, World Cultures, and City Works programs. The building includes new classrooms, lecture halls, computer labs, and studio space for drawing, ceramics, sculpture, and graphics. It also includes a 100-seat black-box theater with drama classrooms and related offices and space for faculty and support staff. The exterior usable space will include a kiln yard, a sculpture garden and display area, and gathering space for students and faculty. Landscaping and streetscape treatments are designed to blend City College with the surrounding East Village streets in Centre City. The project is on track to obtain a LEED Silver certification.

SDUSD – Ocean Discovery Living Lab
The Living Lab is a 12,000 SF, LEED Platinum science facility that supports over 10,000 children in the exploration of science and conservation education. This property includes two premier science labs, a scientist residence studio, a living roof garden with a full kitchen and live stream technology for real-time observation of the San Diego coastline.

Sharp Memorial Hospital Acute Care Tower
New, 7-story 334-bed acute care patient tower features private rooms, two nursing stations per floor and additional emergency and trauma center beds. Provided consulting services to evaluate multiple claims including review of contract documents, schedule and estimating of change orders and claims to determine entitlement and value.
